Inspection of the Project

To begin our representative will arrive on your site and analyze the possibilities and potential of the premises. Already at this stage, due to the information received, it will be possible to propose the best way to do the project.

Development of the sketch

This stage for you will be the most exciting and interesting. It is here that the discussions will be held regarding your vision for the project. Our designers will create unique designs according to your preferences, and you choose the one you like. In addition, at your request we could provide a special 3 -D version of the future premises so you can walk around the virtual future rooms and immediately determine whether the distinct look and finish you have chosen is the one you like.

Drawing up a design project

Now that the sketch is selected, and all questions about the future finishing solved in a detailed design project, a folder with different technical drawings: ventilation system, wiring, indicating features of rough and finished works, redevelopment scheme etc. These drawings are strictly up to the last centimetre of our craftsmen to avoid any inaccuracies or alterations.

Quotation agreement

Already on the very design project we will have compiled a detailed estimate. This document will be entail all kinds of planned activities, their cost and the cost of finishing material. In the end, you'll know exactly what you will pay for and exactly how much it is worth. Henceforth we guarantee your peace of mind throughout the project.

Disassembly and assembly work

At this stage, we undertake all demolition work including demolition of all wall, building new partitions and rapid removal of the debris.

Rough construction works

Depending on the condition of the premises, rough construction work is undertaken which includes placement of wires, mounting of sockets, providing plug-in points and other engineering systems. Particular attention is paid wiring low voltage cables - Internet, cable TV or phone. We also work on the false ceiling if specified and any other requirement of the project.

Finishing works

As mentioned, this involves completing of the final stages of the project and providing you with the finished outcome.
